Shiatsu é uma terapia que oferece benefícios à saúde física e mental
Para quem gosta de tratamentos alternativos, o Shiatsu é uma terapia que tem como origem o toque manual ou digital sobre a pele, com o intuito de tratamento ou prevenção de doenças pela estimulação dos mecanismos de recuperação naturais do corpo. De acordo com a medicina oriental o homem recebe energia de dois pólos advinda da terra e do cosmos a positiva (Yin) e a negativa(Yang). E, o desequilíbrio dos pólos energéticos Yin e Yang pode ocasionar no aparecimento de sintomas que poderão ser classificados:
- Yin: falta de vitalidade, sonolência, processos crônicos, etc.
- Yan: insônia, reação excessiva, processos agudos, etc.
Como é o tratamento?
O tratamento com o shiatsu, é baseado na aplicação da pressão digital ou manual em partes especificas do corpo com o objetivo de aliviar dores, provendo relaxamento e uma sensação de bem estar geral, podendo ser realizado em pessoas de qualquer idade, aliviando os estados de estresse. Não tem efeitos colaterais desde que aplicado corretamente dentro de seus procedimentos técnicos.
