Mas do que estamos falando mesmo?
Continuando a nossa caminhada pelo autoconhecimento, compreender a si mesmo requer uma pequena viagem pela nossa história de vida. Do DNA aos nossos relacionamentos, tudo, tudo mesmo, interfere na pessoa que somos hoje e na nossa forma de enxergar o mundo, e com isso de dar significado ao que nos acontece!
Para que você inicie essa viagem comigo, eu o convido a imaginar-se olhando o mundo ao seu redor, através de uma metáfora, a das lentes de óculos de sol.
Se imagine dono de um lindo óculos de sol e em seguida dê a ele lentes especialmente escolhidas por você. Elas podem ter cor-de-rosa, azul, amarelo, verde ou preto, podem ter bolinhas ou quadrados desenhados também, podem ser mais escuras ou mais claras, podem ser lentes espelhadas ou não.
Porém, lembre-se de que a sua escolha determinará a forma com a qual você passará a vida vendo tudo ao seu redor. Imagine agora que cada cor signifique um direcionamento. Por exemplo, cor-de-rosa que você vê a vida de forma romântica, o azul que você vê a vida de forma pessimista, o amarelo que você vê a vida de forma inspiradora, o verde que você vê a vida com esperança, o preto que você vê a vida com dor… E por aí vai!
Agora, te convido a pensar rapidamente no estilo ou cor que você escolheu como lente para os seus óculos e reflita um pouco na forma com a qual você tem “enxergado” a sua vida, o que acontece com você, as pessoas ao seu redor e por ai vai!
Essa forma de ver as coisas é conhecida no mundo do Coaching, como Mindset ou Modelo Mental. Sei que pode ser um conceito novo para você, e é exatamente por isso que vamos falar um pouco mais sobre este tema.
O nosso Modelo Mental, ou simplesmente a forma com que escolhemos enxergar a nossa vida, é condicionada pela nossa história de vida, pelos relacionamentos que vivemos e ainda pelo nosso DNA.
Portanto, a nossa criação, os ensinamentos dos nossos pais, a maneira de ensinar dos nossos professores, os bullyings que podemos ter sofrido na escola, os “sim e não” que recebemos, tudo isso de certa forma, faz parte da nossa “personalidade”, ou do nosso jeito de ser.
E ainda na metáfora dos óculos de sol, como vocês sabem, as lentes podem se quebrar e até mesmo deixarem de ser interessantes e o bom disso tudo, é que caso isso aconteça, elas podem ser trocadas.
Assim também é com o nosso “jeito de perceber as coisas ao nosso redor”, ou seja, se algo não nos agrada, ou não nos tem feito bem, ao tomarmos consciência dessa incoerência damos um primeiro passo para a mudança!
E falando em consciência como sendo um requisito importante para implementarmos mudanças em nossas vidas, eu te desafio a puxar um papel e uma caneta e em seguida escrever 3 coisas (comportamentos, jeito de ser ou perceber as coisas) que não tem ajudado você a viver uma vida mais feliz, mais conectada com os seus sonhos e propósitos de vida!

Sehnsucht. Denn Radfahren, das ist Jan Lutz’ Leidenschaft – und sicheres Radfahren sein Traum.
Die Gefahr, die ihm täglich auf der Straße begegnet, kann er genau
beziffern: Pro zehn gefahrene Kilometer gerate er in eine gefährliche Verkehrssituation.
Mal sind es Autotüren, die ihm plötzlich entgegenschlagen, mal
erlebt er unmittelbar angrenzend Überholmanöver.
Bis zu 1000 Kilometer legt der 47-Jährige pro Monat per Fahrrad zurück und hat dabei eines gelernt: “Als Radfahrer bist du immer in der Rolle des Schwächeren”, so Lutz.
SimRa steht für “Sicherheit im Radverkehr” und soll genau dies bewirken. Fahrradkurier.
Dieses subjektive Gefühl wollen Forscher mit die App SimRa
in belastbare Daten übertragen. Städte wie Hannover, München, Stuttgart und Karlsruhe sind dabei.
Ursprünglich entwickelt an der TU Berlin, ist SimRa
inzwischen in zahlreichen Modellregionen im Land angekommen. Nach Beendigung der Fahrt fragt die
App den Radfahrer dann, warum er beispielsweise abgebremst hat.
Jochen Eckert hat sich der FahrradApp an der Karlsruher
Hochschule angenommen. Wurde ihm die Vorfahrt genommen?
Das ist aber wirklich nur in ganzen seltenen Fällen notwendig.
