A Receita Federal recebe até o dia 30 de abril a entrega da Declaração de Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física 2021, ano-base 2020. Para tirar dúvidas e ajudar os contribuintes com o preenchimento e envio da declaração, estudantes do curso de Ciências Contábeis da Estácio de Vila Velha, que integram o Núcleo de Apoio Contábil e Fiscal, o NAF, estão realizando serviços contábeis e fiscais gratuitos. Devido ao cenário de pandemia do coronavírus, os atendimentos foram adaptados para garantir a segurança de estudantes, professores e comunidade, e estão acontecendo de forma on-line por videochamada e pode ser agendado por e-mail ou pelo Instagram do NAF.
O auxílio é direcionado para aqueles que não possuem recursos para contratar um profissional contábil para elaborar sua declaração de Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física 2021. O atendimento vai desde a orientação, consultas, dúvidas e até mesmo o auxílio no preenchimento e transmissão da declaração para a Receita Federal. Todo o atendimento é feito pelos alunos monitorados e orientados pelos professores do curso.
“O NAF da Estácio oferece cidadania às comunidades e treinamento diferenciado aos graduandos, promovendo a capacitação do futuro contador e o desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades na sua formação profissional. Além do mais, trata-se de uma Extensão Social, na medida em que estabelece a interação entre a Receita Federal do Brasil, a Instituição de Ensino Superior, os alunos e a sociedade, propiciando a prestação de serviços aos contribuintes e favorecendo o desenvolvimento da educação fiscal, financeira e cidadania”, destaca Fabiana Salvador, coordenadora do curso de Ciências Contábeis da Estácio.
Neste ano, entre as dúvidas mais frequentes está a declaração do Auxílio Emergencial. Criado no ano passado como benefício emergencial para trabalhadores informais, microempreendedores individuais (MEI), autônomos e desempregados, diante da crise causada pela pandemia da Covid-19, muitos estão em dúvida se se será preciso ou não devolver os valores recebidos.
“O Auxílio Emergencial é considerado um rendimento tributável para fins da Declaração Anual de Ajuste do Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física, e, portanto, sua declaração deve seguir as regras definidas pela Receita Federal do Brasil. Assim, devolverão o auxílio, aquelas pessoas que, em 2020, receberam Auxílio Emergencial e fazem parte, como titulares ou dependentes financeiros, em declarações do Imposto de Renda com rendimentos tributáveis, sem contar o auxílio, em valor acima de R$ 22.847,76. Essa obrigatoriedade está prevista no §2º-B, do artigo 2º da Lei nº 13.998/2020, que estabeleceu o Auxílio Emergencial”, ressalta Fabiana Salvador.
A declaração do IR é obrigatória para aqueles cuja renda tributável, que inclui salário, bônus empresariais e aluguéis, em 2020 foi superior a R$ 28.559,70.
Fique atento aos documentos necessários para a declaração:
- Informe de rendimentos de salários, pensões, aposentadorias, instituições financeiras, bens móveis e imóveis e outras rendas.
- Cópia da última declaração de Imposto de Renda entregue.
- Dados pessoais e de dependentes (número de CPF dos filhos acima de 12 anos).
- Comprovante de endereço.
- Dados bancários para o caso de restituição.
- Documentos relativos a compra e venda de imóveis e veículos.
- Recibos/Nota Fiscal de gastos, como plano de saúde, odontológico e educação, e doações.
- Documentos que comprovem a compra e venda de bens e direitos, de dívidas e ônus, e de renda variável (como ações).
- Contribuição para a Previdência Social ou privada.
- Comprovantes de recebimento de benefícios previdenciários, inclusive previdência privada.
- Extratos bancários de rendimento de Poupanças e contas bancárias, extratos de pagamentos do INSS
- Se realizou saque do FGTS, comprovante do procedimento.
- Comprovante de rendimento do exterior, caso tenha recebido.
- Comprovantes de doações, transferências patrimoniais e heranças recebidas.
- Cópia de alvarás recebidos em processos judiciais.
- Comprovantes de pagamento de aluguéis.
- Informes de pagamento e ou recebimento de pensão alimentícia.
- Título de eleitor.
- Cópias dos pagamentos do INSS de empregada doméstica – E-social.
- Carnê-leão.
